Thank you for your support of the first Calgary International Salsa Congress! We were overwhelmed with the amount of support, the quality of the workshops and performances, and the fun that we had with our first international salsa congress. On January 30 to February 1, 2009 Calgary will welcome the Salsa world’s best International performers and world famous Salsa Promoter Albert Torres for a weekend of Workshops, Performances, Salsa Music, Dancing, and a qualifying competition for the ESPN World Salsa Championships.

We are confident that the Calgary International Salsa Congress will have something for everyone: Amazing shows, Inspiring workshops, Exciting competitions, Great music, a Beautiful location, and the warmth of the people of Calgary. After travelling to congresses all over North America, and hosting our first International congress last year, we are excited to bring our very own back to Calgary for a second year!; we have put great thought into our favorite artists, and the touches that have made past congresses enjoyable for us.
